The loss of blood in a severe trauma will increase the likelihood of shock and possible death. Learn how to stop the bleeding with direct pressure, tourniquets and homeostatic dressings. This class is designed for the workplace, home, public spaces, backwoods, and anywhere else there is a chance of sports accidents, shootings, or vehicle accidents.
This is a Red Cross designed course to meet the needs set by Homeland Security to “Stop the Bleed”. Saving a life by maintaining adequate blood flow within the body!
